What is the order process?
After placing your order you will have the opportunity to print out a receipt, and we will email you a copy of your receipt and order details as well. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you to get payment details and update your invoice to reflect actual shipping charges. Look for integration with PayPal and other online credit card processors soon.
Is my order safe?
Yes. We take your order by email, then contact you directly in order to get your payment details.
Why does my order say "Pending Shipping"?
We are third largest TCM distributor and largest ECi selling partner, so we get excellent discounts on package and LTL shipping. We pass these discounts on to you, and the most effective way to accomplish this is to process the shipping manually and enter actual shipping costs after your order is placed.
What is your AOG charge?
We believe that if we have a part in stock and you order it, your order should go out today. So, there is no AOG fee. The only additional fee would be increased shipping costs, and you can specify whether you want next day, second day, or other shipping preferences.
What is your minimum order?
We don't have a minimum order amount. Order what you need, and we'll ship it.
Can you ship on my account?
Absolutely. Though we receive excellent discounts on shipping charges we know that others may want to ship on their own accounts. Just specify how you would like your order shipped in the Additional Information section at checkout. |
